We are excited to offer a Business Development Representative role with Superior Food & Convenience, based in Albury, to maximize the profitable sales of products by providing a serviced total supply solution to key account customers and identifying new markets to diversify and grow the Food Service & Convenience customer base.
This field sales position is full-time permanent and reports to the State Sales Manager.
In this Role
* Seek out new initiatives and opportunities to develop business
* Build and maintain strong supplier relationships and manage existing customer relationships to maximize overall sales potential
* Introduce new categories to existing customers
* Achieve budgeted sales and margin in line with the budget document
* Manage contract pricing by customer and review as necessary
* Continuously look for ways to meet and exceed customer expectations
* Promote and drive the SAVE loyalty program
You're Likely a Match If
* Minimum 2 years' experience in Sales / Account Management
* Proven sales experience with a strong focus on customer service excellence
* Solid understanding of the Fast-Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG) industry
* Excellent communication and organisational skills
* In‐depth knowledge of the Albury / NSW market
* Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
* Skilled in data analysis to support business insights and decision‐making
