We are looking for an experienced gardener to join our team for consistent, long-term work.
This position is suited to someone who already has hands-on experience in professional garden maintenance and can work confidently and efficiently to a high standard.
You’ll be joining a small, professional team that takes pride in quality workmanship and client service.
This is a part-time role with consistent, near full-time hours, with the opportunity to grow into increased responsibility or a lead role for the right person.

About the Role
The work includes:
* Professional garden maintenance and plant care
* Hedge trimming and shaping to a neat, high standard
* Pruning of plants and small trees using correct techniques
* Lawn mowing, edging, and general property presentation
* Weeding and application of certified organic herbicides
You’ll be working in a two-person crew and are expected to contribute confidently from your first week.
About You
You:
* Have previous hands-on experience in professional garden maintenance
* Take pride in the quality of your work
* Are reliable, punctual, and well-presented
* Communicate confidently and professionally with clients
* Can work independently and manage your time well
* Hold a current driver’s licence
* Are looking for stable, long-term employment
Formal horticulture qualifications are highly regarded, but practical experience and attitude matter most.
