They are looking for a talented and motivated individual to join their team of three.
Responsibilities
Reporting to the Payroll Manager your duties will include but are not limited to:
4. Assist in the end-to-end processing of 2, employees
5. Completion of PAYG, Payroll Tax, WorkCover and Superannuation payments
6. Process new starters and terminations
7. Maintain leave and leave reports
8. Preparation of monthly payroll journals for posting into the General Ledger
9. Develop and strive for process improvement to improve efficiencies
10. Respond to any employees queries
Candidate Profile
The successful applicant will have proven experience in a similar position along with the following skills and attributes:
11. Proven experience with processing end to end Payroll
12. A go-getter attitude and willingness to learn
13. Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
14. Self motivated and can work in a team and autonomously
15. Ability to build relationships with internal staff members
