About the Role
* Strategic input and subject matter expertise to the General Manager – Trucks WA, working cohesively with the senior management team for Trucks WA.
* Ensure participation in all trucks sales in the state with strong territory plans and achievement of market targets.
* Focus on the team being customer driven to ensure outstanding customer satisfaction.
* Plans, works programs and initiatives which facilitate the achievement of the company's profit targets.
* An exceptional team culture by sourcing the best talent for your team, coaching and developing them to achieve your sales strategies.
* Exceptional relationships with our OEMs, working closely with their team to get to know our products inside and out, so your team delivers solutions to our customers every time.
* High standard reporting, including performance to business forecasts, budgets and sales plans.
The role requires a deep understanding of competing products, markets and brands, ensuring a strong market share position. You will work closely with your team to establish successful sales strategies and deliver a high standard of service and product to all customers.

* Formal qualifications are not essential, however trade qualifications and/or tertiary qualifications in business will be viewed favorably.
* Experience in similar capital goods industries, Agriculture, Mining & Construction Equipment and Power Generations – highly regarded.
