The Facility : Hepburn House is currently a 106 bed Aged Care Facility including a 15 bed memory support unit, managed on a person-centered model of care. Residents at Hepburn House are empowered to have choices and make decisions regarding their care and influence the management of the home they live in.
The Role: We are specifically seeking a dedicated Personal Care Worker (PCW) familiar with person centred care, to organise work routines based on resident preferences. The successful applicant will demonstrate their ability to be proactive and contribute to finding better ways of dealing with everyday situations related to resident care. Promote socialisation and support resident's lifestyle choices to improve their quality of life.

Qualifications, skills and experience
- Certificate 111 or 1V in Aged Care
- Certificate 111 or 1V in Home and Community Care
- Experience with managing residents with dementia
- Knowledge of aged care documentation
