To do this you'll:Greet each customer & clearly understand their enquiry, guiding the customer to the appropriate channelBuild personal connection with customers through meaningful conversations to enhance their experienceProvide options for the customer through education & demonstration of our in-branch technology and digital banking optionsBe aware of movements within the branch, ensuring it's running effectively & efficiently and that customers are satisfied with their experienceWe're interested in people who have:A proven track record of delivering exceptional Customer Service ideally in Financial Services, Retail or HospitalityExcellent communication skills & display all the right behaviours to maintain an approachable & professional demeanourThe ability to manage customer expectations with a skilled presenceA genuine interest in building a career with CommBank and improving the financial wellbeing and lives of our customersWhat's Next: As part of our application process, you may be required to complete an online assessment.
