Flight Centre Travel Group's (FCTG) Corporate Marketing team is hiring a Technical Lead (Marketing Automation & CRM). This role is responsible for the day-to-day maintenance, optimisation, and integration of marketing automation platforms and CRM systems to ensure seamless data flow and synchronisation. You will oversee the integrity and quality of customer data, implement data governance policies, troubleshoot technical issues promptly, and focus on optimising email deliverability, analysing key performance metrics, and providing actionable insights to drive continuous improvement in lifecycle marketing efforts.
Who you are :
* 5+ years in Digital Marketing or a similar role
* Demonstrated success in managing and optimising marketing automation and CRM platforms in a global organisation
* Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
* Marketing Cloud Account Engagement Specialist
What you'll be doing :
Platform Maintenance and Optimisation
* Manage daily operations of marketing automation platforms (e.g., Eloqua) and CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce)
* Resolve technical issues quickly to minimise disruptions and ensure efficient platform performance, applying updates when needed
Integration Management
* Lead integration of marketing automation platforms with CRM systems, ensuring smooth data flow and consistency
* Maintain and optimise API integrations with other tools
Data Management and Governance
* Ensure customer data integrity within marketing and CRM platforms, optimise segmentation for personalised marketing
* Implement data governance practices to comply with data privacy regulations (e.g., GDPR, CCPA)
Technical Support and Collaboration
* Provide technical support for the lifecycle marketing team and collaborate with IT, sales, and product teams for seamless technology integration
* Train marketing team on platform usage
Deliverability Management
* Ensure best practices for email deliverability, monitor performance, and work with providers to address issues
* Optimise email practices to maintain sender reputation
Data Analysis and Reporting
* Create dashboards and reports to track key metrics
* Provide insights for improvement and conduct audits to ensure accuracy and compliance
