HSE Systems Specialist
We are seeking an experienced HSE professional to support the development and implementation of a robust Health, Safety & Environment management framework aligned with ISO standards.
Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and update HSE system documentation in alignment with ISO 45001 and ISO 45003 requirements
* Review and enhance the One HS (HSE Incident Management System) to ensure full alignment with system documentation
* Draft and maintain HSE standards, procedures, guidelines, and supporting documentation
* Develop and deliver training materials to support the rollout and adoption of updated HSE systems
* Support effective communication and change management across the organisation
About You:
* Demonstrated experience developing HSE management systems and documentation
* Strong working knowledge of ISO 45001 and ISO 45003 frameworks
* Experience implementing or updating incident management systems
* Proven ability to write clear, practical standards, procedures, and training materials
* Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
* Strong technical understanding of HSE systems and processes
