As a key member of our front office team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional guest experiences and providing personalized customer service. This role involves all aspects of reception duties, including check-in, check-out, and responding to accommodation enquiries.
The ideal candidate will have strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. They will also possess excellent time management skills and be able to multitask with ease.
We are looking for someone who is passionate about delivering high-quality customer service and ensuring that our guests feel welcome and valued. If you have a first aid certificate and experience working in a hospitality or tourism environment, we would love to hear from you.
This is a full-time position that requires the ability to work shifts from 7 am to 10 pm, including weekends and public holidays. You will be required to commit to an initial 4-week onboarding process, which will require full-time hours and flexibility to work morning and evening shifts during this period.
