Disability Support Worker
As a Disability Support Worker, you will be working with clients within the NDIS funding framework to assist them in achieving their goals and increasing their independence and participation within the community.
Key Responsibilities:
* Taking clients out for social outings and activities such as shopping trips or medical appointments
* Servicing clients at their respective homes with activities of daily living such as toileting, showering, and dressing
* Light domestic duties including meal preparation and eating assistance
* Liaising with families and representatives of your client as required
The ideal candidate will pride themselves on delivering person-centered care that values the choice and goals of the client. They will have excellent people skills to build lasting relationships with their clients.
