INDIAN MALE NDIS SUPPORT WORKER (COMPLEX CARE)
Platinum All Care is seeking an experienced Indian male NDIS Support Worker to provide complex care support to a participant located in West Melbourne (Albanvale / St Albans VIC). This role requires a support worker with a strong personality, excellent communication skills, and proven experience in delivering high-quality complex care.
The successful candidate will work every Thursday, with potential for additional shifts based on performance and reliability. The position is offered under an independent contractor arrangement, with pay aligned to the NDIS SCHADS Award.
Applicants must hold key compliance documents, including an NDIS Worker Screening Check, Working with Children's Check, CPR & First Aid, Driver's Licence, Car Insurance, ABN, and preferably a relevant qualification (e.g., Cert III/IV).
This role is ideal for a confident and dedicated support worker committed to providing safe, respectful, and person-centred care while maintaining strong professional boundaries.
