Your new role
Join our team and oversee the day-to-day operations of our Op Shop in Delacombe. This is a permanent part-time position working 70.8 hours per fortnight.
Lead a team of employees and volunteers, ensuring a dynamic and positive customer experience. It's a great opportunity to be part of a lively and friendly community!
Our Op Shops team are responsible for bringing their creative flair to create visually appealing and contemporary Op Shops. We encourage and build a culture of productivity, imagination, innovation, change and development. Our Op Shops allow you to tap into your natural way of being creative, enthusiastic, and having fun.
Our aim is to delight people in a meaningful and memorable way all while offering positive customer experiences, high-level visual merchandising, critical stock and space management, achieving sales targets, and celebrating Uniting's culture.

In addition to your base salary of $29.70 per hour plus super, you can access the following:

Your skills and experience
* Minimum three (3) years of retail management experience required. Relevant charity/volunteer management experience and/or retail management experience, knowledge and skills.
* Experience in charity retail operations and merchandising.
* Proven experience in leading a diverse and cross-functional workforce including experience with volunteers.
* Demonstrated team leadership, management and development skills and the ability to build a positive team.
