About the role
We’re all about helping our members make the most of their money. And while they go after their goals, you can too. As an Engagement & Communications Lead, you’ll:
* Shape and promote ART Life’s identity both internally and externally.
* Develop and execute strategic communication and engagement plans that support transformation, enhance employee engagement, and build a strong, consistent brand.
Day to day, you'll:
* Lead the development of communication strategies aligned with ART Life’s objectives.
* Drive internal and external branding with a compelling narrative.
* Partner with leadership to deliver engaging communications that foster alignment and purpose.
* Manage internal channels like intranet, Viva Engage, newsletters, and Town Halls.
* Create high-quality content across written, visual, and digital formats.
* Collaborate with teams across ART to ensure integrated communication efforts.
* Monitor and report on communication effectiveness using feedback and analytics.

About you
It goes without saying you'll be a great communicator with top notch interpersonal skills. We'll also expect you to pick up problems and come up with quick, creative ways to solve them. It's quite likely you tick some of the following boxes too:
* You have proven experience in strategic communication, branding, or employee engagement.
* You’re a strong storyteller with excellent writing and editing skills.
* You’ve managed internal and external communication channels and campaigns.
* You collaborate well with senior leaders and cross-functional teams.
* You’re strategic but hands-on when it comes to execution.
* You may have tertiary qualifications in Business, Communications or similar.
