Reporting to the Portfolio Valuation Manager, your role as Business Analyst is to provide accurate financial and analytical support to the Business in the management of a diversified portfolio of retail and commercial properties.
You responsibilities will include but extend beyond:
* Complete lease analysis for proposed new leases and lease renewals.
* Maintenance of leasing budgets and database.
* Collation and analysis of relevant market research and data.
* Preparation of investment feasibility and cashflow analysis.
* Assist in the preparation of the Quarterly Reporting and Strategic Asset Planning.
* Assist in coordination of external valuations and preparation/ maintenance of internal valuation models.
* Analysis to optimise property valuations including historical and forecast return benchmarking.
* Work closely with relevant managers to ensure accurate, timely and reconciled reports.
About you
* Commerce / Valuations Degree or similar
* 2+ years real estate industry experience, including exposure to property valuation.
* Highly proficient in the use of computers and able to quickly learn new systems with training.
* Strong Microsoft Excel skills.
* Forbury modelling experience is highly desired
