- Application processing
- Full cycle contracts and sales administration
- Support lead agents
- Manage diary appointments
- Organise marketing campaigns
- Manage tenant, landlord, vendor and buyer enquiries
- Coordinate photographers, floorplans, Building & Pest
- General office administration duties

A genuine interest in real estate Hold (or be within the process of completing) a QLD Real Estate Certificate Own car and driving license Available full time, Monday to Friday (occasional Saturdays) Have strong written and verbal communication skills Ideally reside within the Logan or southern Brisbane area Strong customer service skills Comfortable working within a team or autonomously Basic administration skills (skilled with Microsoft Office)
