Overview
We are recruiting a HR Business Partner to help support the health care sector Perth SOR. You will be responsible for the full spectrum of HR services including employee relations, onboarding, performance management, and end to end HR operations.
The Role
* Partner with operational and senior leaders to align HR strategies with business goals.
* Serve as the first point of contact for HR-related queries and employee relations matters.
* Support the end-to-end HR processes, onboarding and mobilisation.
* Partner with operational and senior leaders to align HR strategies with business goals.
* Oversee HR data management and maintain compliance with workplace regulations.
* Contribute to national HR projects, change initiatives, and continuous improvement efforts.
* Provide guidance on policies and HR legislation.
* Support leadership teams with coaching and training initiatives.
* Assist in performance management.
The Requirements

* Degree or Diploma in HR
* Minimum 2 years HR Officer or HR Consultant Experience in large complex organisation with 1000+ employees
* Minimum 2 years of working within Australian employment law, modern awards, and industrial agreements.
* Hands-on experience with ERP systems, SAP experience is highly desirable.
* A proven track record working in a volume recruitment environment.
* Ability to work across multiple business units and liaise with senior management.
