Senior Operations Manager - South Australia Lead
This is a hands-on delivery role with immediate progression into leadership. You will start by managing end-to-end project delivery, quoting, coordinating trades, and supervising jobs on-site, with support from our head office team.
Over time, you will help build our SA operations, lead local staff, and contribute to business growth.
We already have active contracts in place, including insurance and government projects, and we are looking for someone self-driven who can hit the ground running.
About This Role
* Scope, estimate, and deliver a variety of insurance repairs, commercial, and government works across SA.
* Manage subcontractors and ensure quality, safety, and timeliness.
* Represent the business professionally with clients and adjusters.
* Identify and pursue new work opportunities locally.
* Assist with reporting, compliance, and documentation.
* Build and lead a future SA-based delivery team as the business grows.
About You
You will need 5+ years' experience in insurance building, projects, maintenance, or facilities management.
You should be ready to step into a lead role and help shape SA operations.
You must be motivated to grow both within the business and the brand in general.
You should be able to work independently, manage multiple jobs, and think commercially.
You must be confident with quoting software and digital job systems.
You will need strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
You should be comfortable working without an office initially - flexible WFH + site-based setup.
A strong network within the industry is preferred.
