Job Overview:
The Site Supervisor role plays a pivotal part in the delivery of civil infrastructure projects.
This position is responsible for ensuring the safe, efficient and high-quality construction outcomes through effective site management. The Site Supervisor leads teams, manages resources, plant materials and subcontractors closely working with the Project Manager to meet key objectives including safety standards, quality requirements, programme milestones and cost targets.
* Demonstrated leadership skills in managing teams at construction sites
* Strong understanding of industry regulations, policies and best practices related to occupational health & safety (OH&S)
* Able to effectively communicate ideas across various stakeholders including contractors, clients etc.
