With a brand-new, fully fitted kitchen, we're creating a unique dine-in and takeaway experience while staying true to our dedication to quality and tradition.The RoleWe're seeking a motivated and skilled Breakfast & Lunch Chef to help us launch and grow this new menu.
You'll play a hands-on role in preparing dishes, supporting kitchen operations, and setting high standards for consistency and presentation.
This role is perfect for a chef who thrives in a daytime, fast-paced café environment and is excited by the opportunity to help shape a new food offering.Key ResponsibilitiesPrepare and cook menu items for breakfast and lunch service.Ensure dishes are plated consistently and to a high standard.Support recipe development, kitchen processes, and recipe cards.Maintain a clean, safe, and organised kitchen at all times.Assist with inventory management, stock rotation, and ordering.Provide guidance and training to junior kitchen staff.What We're Looking ForMinimum 1 year professional kitchen experience (café or fast-casual experience highly regarded).
Strong foundation in cooking and food safety.Ability to work efficiently under pressure in a busy kitchen.Attention to detail and pride in delivering high-quality food.Positive, team-focused attitude with good communication skills.Interest in learning and working with diverse culinary flavours.Excited to be part of launching a new menu and concept.What We OfferSalary: $60,000 – $70,000 per year (based on experience).
