 * Culinary training and experience in a commercial kitchen environment.
 * Commercial cookery certification; Safe Food Handling or Supervisor certificate is preferred.
 * A passion for cooking and a drive to learn and improve.
 * Ability to thrive in a fast-paced team environment.
 * Clear and articulate communication skills.
 * Flexible availability to work across mornings, late evenings, weekends, and public holidays as required.
