**Job Description**
As a Customer Service Administrator, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our customer-facing team. Your primary responsibility will be to provide exceptional service to our clients by responding to their inquiries, resolving issues promptly and efficiently.
Key duties include:
* Answering phone calls and responding to emails in a timely manner
* Assisting clients with product selections and providing information on available options
* Invoicing, order entry, scheduling installations and processing payments
**Required Skills & Qualifications**
* A minimum of 2-3 years' experience in administration
* Strong technical and problem-solving skills
* Ability to prioritize tasks effectively
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office software (Excel, Word etc.) would be an advantage but not essential.
