We have an exciting opportunity for a skilled professional to join our team as a Contracts Administrator.
This position is part of a joint venture between two organizations, and your employment may be with either parent company. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of contracts, including negotiation, documentation, and implementation.
You will work closely with clients and partners to deliver high-quality contractual documentation and coordinate technical documents for delivery to clients.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage legal and commercial risks and opportunities
* Analyze contract documentation and subcontracts
* Advise on, review, negotiate, and draft agreements
* Lead the delivery of services in line with contractual requirements
* Engage with clients and partners for delivery of contractual documentation
* Cordinate technical documents for delivery to clients
Required Skills and Qualifications:
* Bachelor's degree in Contract Law, Commerce, Finance, or Engineering
* Suitable experience in a similar role within a construction or infrastructure environment
* Demonstrated ability to motivate and manage multi-disciplinary teams
* Strong communication and negotiation skills
* Sound legal, commercial, and risk management knowledge
