_**Shiny NSW**_ is a leading company for uniforms/promotional clothing distribution and decoration services. We are now seeking a full-time **sales and marketing manager** to fill the vacant. This person will be responsible for developing our company's overall brand and sales and marketing strategies, increasing our company's market presence, achieving company goals by executing sales and marketing campaigns.
**What you'll be doing?**
**Duties and Responsibilities**
- Observing and analyzing competitors strategies and identifying industry trends
- Conducting market research and generating effective sales and marketing strategies
- Analyzing the company's budget plans and setting sales goals to ensure the sales team meeting business goals
- Developing marketing plans and execute marketing campaigns to achieve the company's marketing objectives
- Directing and coordinating the company's sales and marketing departments
- Providing ongoing training and guidance to sales and marketing team members regularly
- Analyzing sales and marketing campaigns performance data and making necessary adjustment to sales and marketing strategies
- Work with the company's other department to better develop and fulfill company's overall business objectives
- Generating performance reports to senior management
- Managing and maintaining relationships with current and potential customers
- Handling any possible customer complaints and concerns timely and professionally
**Skills and Experiences**
- 3-5 years experience in marketing, sales, or a related field.
- Integrated B2B marketing and sales experience may be advantageous
- Have in-depth knowledge and understanding of sales and marketing.
- Strong interpersonal, leadership, analytical and communication skills
- Have excellent experience in mentoring, coaching and people management
- Be able to understand and follow the company's policies and procedures.
**How to Apply**
Pay: $80,000.00 - $110,000.00 per year
