Senior Heritage Consultant Job Summary
The Senior Heritage Consultant plays a vital role in the management of built heritage or archaeology projects.
* Must have a minimum three year's full-time experience in the management of built heritage or archaeology
* Ideal candidates will hold a Bachelor's degree or post-grad qualifications in a relevant discipline
* Should possess a working knowledge of current heritage legislation and heritage practices
* Effective time management skills and ability to manage small projects are essential
* Demonstrated experience in completing assessments and fieldwork is required
* Strong written and analytical skills are necessary
Key responsibilities include:
* Working within a supportive team to complete projects on time and budget to industry best practice standards
* Participating in fieldwork-based activities
* Undertaking research, assessment and provision of recommendations for heritage projects
* Developing content for project reports that comply with legislative guidelines, heritage best practice and industry standards
