Job Description
* Provide administrative support to two self-sufficient executives, including managing schedules, coordinating meetings, and preparing correspondence.
* Act as the first point-of-contact for internal and external clients, responding to inquiries, and resolving issues promptly.
* Assist with tasks such as data entry, report preparation, and document management.
* Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
Requirements and Qualifications
* An Australian citizen who holds a current NV1 at a minimum ready for sponsorship.
* Able to work independently and as part of a team.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
* Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
* Ability to learn and adapt quickly to new systems and processes.
