Key Responsibilities
* Provide exceptional support to clients referred by our network of mortgage brokers and associates.
* Conduct thorough consultations with clients to understand their needs and preferences.
* Help clients navigate the benefits of working with a buyer's agent.
* Secure upfront payments and hand over clients to our team of experienced buyer's agents.
* Manage objections and build trust with clients using in-depth knowledge of the market and product.
* Maintain accurate records and forecasts using our CRM system.
Requirements
Essential:
* 2+ years of experience in sales, preferably in high-value products or services.
* Strong closing skills and ability to handle objections.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Understanding of the Australian property landscape.
* Self-motivated and results-driven individual who thrives in target-based environments.
* Proficiency in CRM tools and other sales technologies.
Desirable:
* Experience working with mortgage brokers, buyer's agents or financial advisors.
* Property ownership or investment experience, with firsthand knowledge of the buying process.
