What You'll Do
* Oversee key strategic initiatives by building and maintaining strong external relationships with government and industry stakeholders.
* Oversee the development and delivery of fit‐for‐purpose policy for clinical radiology and radiation oncology to strengthen RANZCR's position as the Voice of the Sector.
* Lead the development and management of data analysis capabilities within the policy team to ensure RANZCR policy positions are robust, evidence‐based, and informed by high‐quality data insights.
* Proactively identify and investigate policy risks and opportunities which may impact members, clinical radiology, radiation oncology and/or the College.
* Keep the GM of PASU and other relevant leaders in the organisation informed of all current events and developments that may be of interest in the policy area.
* Provide leadership and effective management of the Policy Team.
What You'll Bring
* Excellent track record in working with disparate internal and external stakeholder groups; with success in bringing these groups together to achieve objectives.
* Strong leadership skills, with a history of bringing groups together to achieve positive outcomes.
* Experience of people management.
* A proven record of success in development and implementation of policy programs (or equivalent) and outstanding project management skills.
* Well‐developed conceptual and analytical skills.
* Experience in a substantial organisation in the health, education and workforce, associations or another relevant sector with extensive experience supporting Committees.
* Qualification(s) in business administration, policy management, health or complementary disciplines or equivalent experience.
