Practice Lead - Enhanced Bail Supervision and Support
Be a part of the new EBSS service that will enhance support for complex young people on bail and play a critical role in monitoring compliance of new electronic monitoring bail conditions.
The successful applicant will be responsible for providing high-quality, specialised court advice and supporting EBSS suitability assessments. They will also develop and maintain stakeholder relationships by leading the coordination of care teams and managing complex care team practice.
The Practice Lead will provide oversight and supervision of a small team of Case Officers who are responsible for providing technical expertise on electronic monitoring and conducting case support work with young people and their families. They will also manage a case support service delivered outside usual business hours, including evenings, weekends and public holidays.
Positions Available: 2 Practice Lead positions based in Dandenong with travel required across the Southern Metro Region.
Qualifications:
* Bachelor of Social Work, Criminology or Diploma in Community Services Work is desirable.
* A full Victorian driver's licence is required due to travel within the state.
* A current Employee Working with Children Check (WWCC) card is required and must be maintained for the duration of employment.
