Purchasing Assistant Role
Support our purchasing team in managing product data, inventory processes, and supplier relationships.
1. Coordinate stock requests and manage inventory across stores and teams.
2. Investigate stock variances and provide accurate availability updates to relevant departments.
3. Conduct regular stocktakes and monitor expiry dates to maintain inventory accuracy.
4. Update product data across systems and maintain clean reports for tracking and bulk updates.
5. Support new product onboarding and ensure data accuracy across pricing, barcodes, and categories.
6. Build and manage relationships with third-party suppliers.
7. Communicate key updates and product changes clearly across internal channels.
8. Provide general administrative and purchasing support as needed.
