About the Role

Based at Armidale Hospital, you will:

* Coordinate and streamline stroke care pathways
* Support clinicians in delivering evidence-based stroke management
* Provide education to staff across the service
* Work closely with patients and families throughout the recovery journey
* Contribute to clinical audits and service improvement initiatives
* Liaise with multidisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes

This role offers a unique blend of clinical expertise, leadership and service development. You'll work independently, prioritising complex needs while playing a key role in driving stroke excellence across the hospital.

About You

* Is passionate about stroke care and committed to evidence-based practice
* Is a confident communicator and natural educator
* Is comfortable working autonomously and leading service improvements
* Is an experienced nurse or allied health professional with a desire to grow
* Has a strong clinical background and commitment to best-practice stroke care.

What You'll Be Doing

Innovate, facilitate, support, and actively participate in the delivery of evidence-based stroke care across the continuum of care within the Tablelands Sector.
