Job Description - Nandal Pty Ltd is a leading supplier and services business in landscaping, gardening, paving, turf and earthworks across Perth. Nandal supplies premium garden soils, mulches, artificial turf and firewood, and delivers landscaping, paving and installation services for residential and commercial clients. Nandal Group prides itself on exceptional customer service and reliable project delivery.
We are recruiting an experienced Office Manager to run day-to-day office operations and provide high-level administrative and coordination support to project and site teams. This is a hands-on role for an organised, proactive manager who can keep the office running smoothly while supporting multiple projects and stakeholders.
Responsibilities
* Lead and oversee all office operations, ensuring efficient management of reception, correspondence, records, and document control systems.
* Provide strategic operational support to senior leadership and project managers, contributing to planning, coordination, and business performance outcomes.
* Develop, monitor and manage office and project budgets, oversee cost tracking, and present financial and operational performance reports to management.
* Supervise contractor and supplier compliance, ensuring all documentation, insurance, licensing, and regulatory requirements are met.
* Direct and coordinate administrative scheduling functions, including meetings, travel arrangements, and site coordination activities.
* Manage human resource administration functions, including staff onboarding, performance coordination support, leave oversight, and workforce planning assistance.
* Oversee office systems, technology platforms, and process improvements, ensuring efficient utilisation and continuous system enhancement.
* Ensure organisational compliance with quality assurance, environmental standards, and occupational health and safety regulations through monitoring and internal controls.
* Develop and maintain high-level stakeholder relationships, including clients, suppliers, contractors, and senior management.
Minimum Requirements
* AQF Associate Degree, Advanced Diploma or Diploma (or equivalent) with at least three years' relevant experience.
* Demonstrated experience in office or operations management, strong organisational and time-management skills.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills and strong stakeholder engagement ability.
* Proven ability to work independently, prioritise competing demands and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
* Strong attention to detail and experience preparing reports and managing records.
* Ability to solve problems, make decisions and implement effective administrative solutions.
* Previous experience in construction, landscaping, earthworks or trade-related businesses is highly desirable.
