About the Role
We have an opportunity for a motivated individual to work under close supervision, delivering a range of engineering activities related to assets, maintenance management, innovation, and staff change management.
Responsibilities
* Apply theoretical learnings to workplace activities, including maintaining project and design documentation.
* Prepare draft project briefs and scopes.
* Assist with internal reporting requirements.
* Develop maintenance schedules in collaboration with technical services staff.
* Work closely with contractors to ensure compliance with design and specifications.
About You
* Degree qualification in engineering.
* Current SafeWork NSW General Construction Induction Card.
* Understanding of maintenance of mechanical items (pumps) and electrical items (motors, switchgear).
* Effective communication skills with both office and outdoor staff.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ability to learn new software.
* Willingness to develop skills and knowledge within the engineering discipline.
Benefits
This is a fixed-term, full-time position for two years, working 35 hours per week. The starting gross annual salary is $92,286.77, including base salary and superannuation. Additional benefits include rostered days off, allowances, salary reviews, salary packaging, wellbeing initiatives, and more.
