What You Will Be Working On
Reporting to the Head of Marketing, you'll master four dynamic areas that directly impact store success across our national network:
* Local Marketing Strategy & Execution - You'll develop and execute location-specific marketing strategies that drive customer traffic and retention for individual stores. Working directly with franchisees, you'll create campaigns that resonate with local communities while maintaining our national brand standards.
* New Store Launch & Refurbishment Leadership - You'll be the marketing champion for exciting new store concepts and refurbishment projects, collaborating with Visual Merchandising and Store teams to ensure every launch creates maximum buzz and long-term success in competitive markets.
* Multi-Channel Campaign Coordination - You'll seamlessly integrate national trade marketing with local area marketing, liaising with external digital agencies to develop store-specific paid social campaigns that amplify our brand presence where it matters most.
* Strategic Partnership Management - You'll lead marketing relationships with major shopping centres like Westfield and Vicinity, negotiating activations and communications that position our stores as premium destinations while supporting franchisees in maximizing these valuable partnerships.
