Key Responsibilities:
* Carrying out field service work on printers & copiers
* Monitoring and management of service software programs
* Assisting clients remotely to diagnose issues and faults
* Accurately recording time and parts in client management software
* Performing maintenance duties as per maintenance plans while upholding equipment integrity and ensuring safe operation
* Providing feedback for efficient maintenance planning improvements
* Spending time with clients to remedy any faults
Requirements:
* Previous technical experience working with printers
* Technical or IT background
* Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills
* Strong literacy and numeracy skills
* Current driver's license
* Exceptional communication skills with a customer service focus
* Demonstrated commitment to safety with ability to work independently
