Key Responsibilities:
* Identify and define revenue-driven market opportunities, and develop, coordinate, and measure integrated sales and marketing campaigns across target customer segments to support sales growth and maximise profitability.
* Advise management on sales and marketing strategy, including pricing, promotions, advertising initiatives, and go-to-market plans to effectively reach and convert target customers.
* Build and strengthen Vero Foods’ brand recognition, market presence, and reputation to drive customer trust, loyalty, and repeat business.
* Plan and execute digital sales and marketing initiatives, including email marketing, social media, website content, and promotions to generate leads and increase customer conversions.
* Create compelling sales-focused and marketing content that supports brand authority, educates customers, and drives engagement and purchasing decisions.
* Actively promote Vero Foods’ product offerings through targeted sales campaigns, in-store and external promotions, and marketing initiatives to generate demand and drive call-to-action.
* Identify and manage appropriate media and sales channels to reach target markets, coordinating production of advertising and promotional materials including artwork, copy, scripting, and placement within budget and timelines.
* Develop, implement, and enforce brand and sales messaging guidelines to ensure consistency across all marketing, sales, and promotional activities.
* Research and analyse sales and marketing data, including customer purchasing behaviour, pricing trends, demographics, and market demand to inform sales strategies and forecast growth opportunities.
* Identify and evaluate new product, service, and market expansion opportunities aligned with Vero Foods’ business objectives and customer needs.
* Collaborate closely with internal teams to align marketing initiatives with sales targets, promotions, and overall business goals.
* Support business growth through the development and execution of integrated sales and marketing plans, objectives, policies, and programs.
Requirements:
* Relevant degree qualification in marketing, business, or a related field is preferred.
* At least 2 years of experience in a similar sales and marketing role; OR a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience may substitute for formal qualification.
* Strong communication, analytical, and strategic planning skills.
* Ability to work collaboratively and drive results in a fast-paced environment.
