PHYSIOTHERAPISTS – (WA): An outstanding opportunity is now available for dedicated Physiotherapists to join our WA team. Practice location: Beechboro.

Role and Offerings
Core responsibilities within these roles will include:
* Aged Care Assessments
* Care Plan development
* Regular evaluation and incident analysis
* Care Plan modification and progression
* In-service education
* Physiotherapy treatments, assessments, exercise prescription and formulation of Care Plans
* Implementation of a pain management clinic
* Correspondence with and liaison for residents, families, nursing, medical practitioners, allied health practitioners and equipment suppliers
* Facilitation of falls prevention workshops, manual handling and other staff education

Qualifications
* Bachelor of Physiotherapy
* Current interim certificate
* Demonstrable experience in aged care
* Current National Police Check and evidence of current COVID-19 & Flu vaccinations
* Exceptional communication skills
* Ability to work well in a team environment
* A car and license
* Passion for the industry, empathetic nature and strong rapport building ability
