We have an opportunity for a highly organised administrator, looking for their next administration role and continue to develop their administrative and coordination skills. Join the Property Management team, and be part of our wider Workplace team, located at Macquarie Park.
**About the role**
You'll be contributing to the effective operation of the team through the provision of efficient and effective administrative and coordination of business activities and to the development and delivery of business initiatives by creating a sustainable competitive advantage.
Working closely with the Senior Administration Manager, providing administrative support, your key responsibilities will include:
- Provide day to day administrative and support requirements for the team and assets, including assessing incoming enquiries and correspondence, determining priorities and undertake other activities as required
- Assist with key financial tasks such as monthly billing and debtor collection process for the asset, direct recharges, raising purchase orders, processing invoices, and ensuring timely payments
- Support in preparing reports and providing information to Head Office and liaising with contractors and tenants to assist the team
- Maintain effective records and files management and control of records and files, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality
- Actively participate in meetings, providing input and suggestions to improve processes and workflows
- Take accurate meeting minutes
- Perform diary management, stationary orders, administrative secretarial support
**About you**
- Administration experience with a background working within the asset, real estate or property management industry would be preferable but open to considering other industries
- A general understanding of accounts payable/receivable processes would be ideal
- Sound knowledge across MS Office Suite and record management system experience and though not essential knowledge of SAP/Salesforce would be highly advantageous
- Strong attention to detail and well developed inter-personal and communication skills
- Highly organised, sense of initiative, exercises discretion and a proactive approach
