Overview
face2face is a privately owned SME business committed to excellence in government recruitment. We provide the full suite of recruitment services to our government clients from our four divisions. We are a contemporary workplace enabled by a strong technology stack, with three office days per week at our office in Deakin.
The Role
This is a 360-degree recruitment role within our Policy & Program team, with a focus on placing ICT program, project management and data science professionals into permanent and temporary government roles. You’ll work as a trusted advisor to both clients and candidates, building strong relationships and contributing to the success of high-profile government projects.
What You’ll Do
- Build and maintain a network of talented professionals in ICT project, program and data roles.
- Identify opportunities to place candidates into suitable government positions.
- Attend networking and learning events to build your profile in your specialist domain.
- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, following our SOPs and using our systems effectively.
What You’ll Bring
- At least 1 year of recruitment experience, OR a proven track record in customer service or sales.
- An interest in technology, ICT projects or data-driven fields (education or experience a bonus).
- A drive to learn, take guidance and become the best at what you do.
- Outcome focus and resilience, with a proactive approach to building success.
What We Offer
- Strong mentoring and support from an experienced manager – this is NOT a sink-or-swim environment, and you’ll receive guidance on the activities and behaviours required to be successful in a recruitment career.
- Clear guidance and structure to help you be highly outcome-focused and take direction on how to succeed.
- Flexible working arrangements (3 office days + work-from-home balance).
- Exposure to meaningful government projects and the prospect to grow your career.
We do not discriminate based on age, nationality, disability, race, sexuality, life circumstances or any other factor. We are open to discussing flexible working arrangements and, while the operational requirements of the business mean you must be highly responsive to client needs, we recognise the importance of life outside of work and will support you to balance both.
We require that you have the right to work in Australia, but citizenship is NOT required for this role.
