The role involves providing support to a Senior Commercial Lawyer with a busy practice.
Key Responsibilities:
* Act as the first point of contact for clients, taking messages and relaying information as required;
* Drafting of letters and other documentation;
* Basic conveyancing tasks;
* Diary management including scheduling of client appointments and other deadlines;
* File management and administration including maintaining database records and physical files;
* Assisting with overflow telephone calls, general office administration and accounts as required.
About You:
* An experienced Assistant from a professional services background is ideal.
* An understanding of the legal profession is preferred but not essential.
