About the RoleDrive the successful delivery of technology and infrastructure projects that enable LDK’s growing network of vibrant seniors living villages.
This hands-on role is responsible for planning, managing and delivering projects within agreed scope, timelines and budget, while ensuring strong business outcomes and minimising risk.Working closely with the Property Development Team, Enterprise Architecture Team and external partners including architects, construction companies and technology vendors, the Project Manager will ensure that technology solutions are effectively integrated into new building developments and align with LDK’s enterprise architecture standards.
You will coordinate technology suppliers and contractors to deliver infrastructure and systems in line with construction schedules, ensuring quality, completeness and successful delivery of all technology-related outcomes.
This role is based in Canberra, with occasional travel required across all of our villages.
Key ResponsibilitiesManage implementation of technology infrastructure and business application projects in line with LDK project methodologiesDevelop and manage project plans, schedules, budgets and business casesCoordinate internal teams, technology vendors and construction partners to deliver projects successfullyMonitor project dependencies and ensure alignment with construction milestonesIdentify, assess and manage project risks and issuesProvide regular status reporting to stakeholders and leadershipSupport change management activities to ensure successful project outcomesWork collaboratively across teams to solve problems and drive delivery

Qualifications, Experience and Skills5–10 years’ experience in project management and systems implementationProven track record delivering projects aligned with business cases and objectivesExperience managing projects using recognised project management methodologies and lifecycle frameworksStrong experience managing vendors, managed service providers and technology suppliersExperience developing business cases and managing project budgetsSolid understanding of technology environments including networking, AV, IPTV, CCTV, access control, building management systems and telecommunicationsExcellent stakeholder engagement, communication and presentation skillsStrong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlineDegree in Information Technology or a related disciplineFormal Project Management qualification (e.g., PRINCE2, PMP or equivalent)
