The Opportunity
We are seeking an AHPRA-registered psychologist to join the practice as a contractor for 2–3 days per week, with flexibility to increase days over time.
This role is designed for psychologists wanting to:
* Build or expand a private caseload without the stress of building it from scratch.
* Work with autonomy while still feeling supported
* Join an established practice with consistent referral pathways already in place
* You'll be stepping into a consistent, established referral base with a full caseload available from day one.
Location and Lifestyle
* Located in Seymour, approximately 45 minutes from Craigieburn, this role offers a smooth, traffic-free commute against peak flow.
* Many clinicians find the drive becomes valuable transition time—arriving to work clear-headed rather than drained from stop-start traffic.
What You'll Receive
* $140–$170+ per session with consistent bookings
* Consistent referrals from established sources (GPs, WorkCover, NDIS, local networks)
* Administrative systems in place (booking, client follow up, intake support)

The Role
* Provide evidence-based psychological therapy to a diverse client population
* Maintain accurate and timely client documentation
* Work independently while maintaining high professional and ethical standards
* Option to engage in peer discussion or case reflection (as desired)
About You
You will be:
* AHPRA-registered psychologist (clinical endorsement desirable but not required)
* Committed to ethical, client-centred care
* Comfortable working independently within a private practice setting
* A strong communicator with good professional boundaries and record-keeping skills
