We are seeking an exceptional customer service representative to provide a welcoming experience for our members, prospective members, and guests.
Duties and Responsibilities
* Greet individuals with a friendly demeanor and ensure they feel comfortable and valued.
* Respond promptly to phone calls and assist callers with their inquiries in a professional manner.
* Facilitate check-ins, tours, and membership sign-ups while maintaining accurate records of amenities and communicating updates to members and guests.
* Address member questions and concerns efficiently and effectively.
* Process beverage or merchandise purchases at the point-of-sale system.
* Utilize the POS system to assist with new membership cards, address billing or payment inquiries, and other related tasks.
Facility Maintenance and Cleaning
* Maintain the front desk area and lobby in a clean and organized state.
* Clean the facility regularly, including mopping spills under equipment, removing trash, cleaning windows and mirrors, and re-racking weights.
* Regularly clean all exercise equipment and tanning beds.
* Ensure restrooms and wet areas remain clean and well-stocked.
