You will work closely with the Access and Demand Manager and support clinical and nursing staff by facilitating bed management, patient record maintenance, and the processing of admissions, transfers, discharges, and appointments using the Sunrise system. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, team-based setting and has a keen eye for detail. You’ll also be responsible for ordering and maintaining stock levels through the Oracle system, helping to ensure the unit is always well-equipped. Your organisational skills, proactive attitude, and ability to communicate effectively across multidisciplinary teams will make you a valued member of the Transit Unit.
