Contract Administrator Job Opportunity
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Contract Administrator to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting with procurement, drafting documentation, managing project variations, and responding to on-site requests from site teams.
This role is ideal for individuals with strong experience in the Construction industry, tertiary qualifications in Construction Management or a related discipline, and experience as a Contracts Administrator in a Tier 1 or Tier 2 environment.
The successful candidate will have excellent communication skills, ability to convey complex issues with clarity and ease, and a meticulous eye for detail and outstanding record keeping skills.

* Procure materials across various projects, including delivery to site.
* Draft subcontract documentation.
* Review, develop, and administer trade packages scope of work before calling for tenders.
* Assess quotes, negotiate, and provide tender price comparisons and recommendations.
* Respond to on-site requests from site teams.
* Manage project variations by obtaining trade variations, assessing quoted variations, and preparing head contract variation submissions.
* Administer client and subcontractor RFIs from site.
* Head Contract & Subcontract administration.
* Track project expenditure and prepare monthly reports.
* Manage programmes.
* Determine supply costs from new and existing suppliers.
* Perform data entry and general administration tasks.
