Early Childhood Educator Role
This role offers a unique opportunity to contribute to an Early Learning Centre that has achieved an overall rating of Exceeding the National Quality Standard.
We are seeking caring, creative, and suitably qualified individuals to join our dynamic and innovative Early Learning team.
About the Role
Friends' Early Learning Centre provides early learning programs for children from 12 weeks through to a Kindergarten program for three-to-four-year-olds.
* Provide a nurturing, inclusive, and developmentally responsive educational program in line with the National Quality Framework.
* Actively support and promote the health, safety, and wellbeing of all children, including maintaining a safe and hygienic learning environment.
* Document children's learning and development, engaging in collaborative analysis to inform planning.
Key Qualifications and Skills
A relevant Early Childhood qualification is required, such as a Certificate III in Education and Care or a Diploma of Children's Services (Early Childhood Education and Care).
* First Aid, CPR, and Child Protection qualifications.
* Tasmanian Registration to Work with Vulnerable People (employment category).
* A commitment to child safeguarding and alignment with the Purpose and Concerns of The Friends' School.
