We are partnered with a dynamic financial services firm that is experiencing continued growth. The business provides personal financial advice to a client base of predominantly high net wealth individuals and families.
There is an exciting opportunity for a financial adviser to join their Canberra team. This position is well suited for an experienced adviser that is able to take on a team leader role and provide guidance and mentorship to a team of advisers and support staff. The ideal candidate has a book of existing clients that they can bring to this role. If not, you will have existing referral relationships and a proven track record of onboarding new clients and developing a client base. This is a growth focused role.

The role:
* Focus on growth and business development activities, the firm is happy to fund marketing campaigns
* Develop a strong referral network and pipeline of client leads
* Onboard new clients and develop an ongoing client base
* Provide holistic financial advice and an excellent level of service
* Continue to drive business growth through your own book and across the team
* Provide ongoing service to your clients
* Help to guide and mentor advisers and support staff
* Assist directors with business growth and planning
About you:
* 5+ years of experience as an authorised financial adviser
* Completed FASEA required studies and exam
* Strong knowledge of financial strategies across holistic advice
* Demonstrated business development success
* Existing referral relationships
* Strong leadership skills
* Excellent communication skills
* Proactive with a growth mindset
* Xplan experience
* Keen to drive business growth and work towards partnership/equity
Salary is flexible depending on experience: circa $150,000 + super + bonus and future equity opportunities.
