Key Responsibilities
The Manager Carer Services is a crucial position that oversees service delivery functions to Carers in the North and West Metropolitan regions of Melbourne.
* Ensuring effective assessment and planning, carer counselling, carer coaching, and peer support are delivered under Commonwealth guidelines.
* Delivering dementia education and counselling, health coaching, planned respite, brokerage, and community engagement under State Government funding.
This role requires qualifications in community services or related fields, along with experience in leading similar programs. The successful candidate will have excellent leadership skills, be able to work effectively in a team environment, and possess strong communication and interpersonal skills.
