Training Administrator: Organized person eager to assist others.
Communicate with other administrative staff and trainers Respond appropriately to verbal and written enquiries including phone and email correspondence.
Complete enrolment administrative tasks including the production of academic records, preparation of enrolment forms, training resources, induction forms, student invoices and other relevant documents for trainers.
Unique Student Identifier (USI) collection and management.
Apply a high level of accuracy and attention to detail in the use of the RTO Student Management System and Learning Management System to ensure data integrity.
Data entry, including resulting of student assessments, processing completions and issuance of certifications.
Communicate effectively with students, staff, and external stakeholders, providing excellent customer service and support.
Provide ongoing support to the Trainers/ Administration team to manage student cohorts.
General RTO administration as required.
