Are you passionate about early childhood education and eager to make a meaningful impact in the foundational years of children? We are a *boutique, small childcare centre* focused entirely on quality care and education — not on fitting as many children as possible into a room. Our priority is the children's wellbeing, development, and happy early experiences.
Having successfully operated for 12 months as one group, we are now expanding our baby room into two smaller groups, creating an exciting opportunity for leadership and growth.
Room Leader – Babies Room (Experienced Educator)

* Preferably hold a Diploma qualification in Early Childhood Education (or equivalent), though all qualifications are welcome.
* Benefit from working in a supportive, boutique environment that values quality over quantity.
* Enjoy above award wages, professional development, and genuine career progression opportunities.
* Play a key role in shaping our warm, nurturing, and individualized care environment as we grow.
Trainee Educator – Certificate III
* Whether you've already started or are about to start your Certificate III in Early Childhood Education, we warmly welcome your application.
* Opportunity to enrol through Bowral Little School
* Learn and grow within a small centre where your development is truly supported.
* Clear pathways to progress into more senior roles as you gain experience and qualifications.
