A Day in the Life
As a Retail Store Manager, you will have direct responsibility for:
Leading, coaching & training a team of up to 20 members
Driving the Ghanda values with your store team
Maintaining a high standard of store presentation in line with our visual merchandising guidelines and brand direction
Liaising with your Stock Allocator, and working independently, to maintain appropriate stock levels throughout the store to maximise return on floor space
Preparing and monitoring store rosters, sales reports & store/team compliance

Demonstrated leadership experience – leading from the front, empowering your team, and embodying a leadership style in line with our organisational values
Customer-first mindset, solid fundamentals, and seriousness about retail
Similar experience in a retail/hospitality role (though not a deal-breaker – we value attitude over experience)
